McKinley Park Loop
I hardly notice I’m working out when I visit one of Sacramento’s prettiest locales–McKinley Park. The McKinley Park loop is gorgeous–circling a small pond, park, playground, rose garden and library. This trail is packed with decomposed granite and crosses 33rd St. twice (though there’s very little street traffic). Because of it’s central location and beautiful surroundings, usually there are plenty of runners and walkers sharing the path at any given time.
